K&S Service App — Complaints & Installation

A field-service app built for K&S. Customers raise complaints and installation requests from their phone; the office assigns jobs to technicians, and technicians update status, capture site photos and close jobs from the field. Job updates queue locally when the technician is out of coverage and sync as soon as the connection returns.
